It also includes 9 minerals: calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, manganese, molybdenum, chromium, copper, and trace elements. It provides everything an adult needs to supplement a rich and balanced diet. Note: Do not administer to pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age. Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the components of its formula. We recommend caution in cases of sarcoidosis or hypercalcemia and in the presence of gallstones. Not recommended in cases of anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. We recommend caution if taking the medication Methotrexate at the same time.

Directions for use: Take one Energy Multivit Adult tablet from Forté Pharma Laboratories in the morning with a large glass of water. Treatment designed for 28 days, renewable if necessary.
