Shipping Your Order Delivery Times:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments and 10 to 15 business days for international shipments (if applicable).
Shipping Costs:
Standard Shipping: $5 for orders within the European Union
Free Shipping: For orders over $90.
Packaging: We ensure that your products are carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. We use appropriate packaging materials to protect your fragile or delicate items.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can track the status of your package online.
Returns and Exchanges: At Saludable Medic, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange by following these steps:
Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Product Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging intact and with all its accessories and labels.

We will provide you with instructions for sending the return. Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount or send the replacement product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
