Placing any order or using the Website grants the status of User and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy of SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L.

2. Conditions of Access and User Registration

  • Website Access: Access to the contents and services is free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost borne by the User with their Internet service provider.

  • Registration: To place a purchase, the User must register by creating an account. Registration implies that the data provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities carried out under their account.

  • User Obligations: The User commits to making appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its contents, and to providing truthful information for the management of their account and orders.

3. Contract Process and Product Availability

  • Purchase Process: The User can place orders by selecting products and adding them to the "Shopping Cart." The final order will be formalized after the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the confirmation of payment.

  • Order Confirmation: Once the order is formalized, SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. will send an order confirmation email to the address provided by the User. From this moment, a contract of sale exists.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If any product cannot be supplied, the User will be informed, and a refund will be processed for any amount that may have been paid.

  • Product Information: Product descriptions, prices, and photographs are as accurate as possible. However, SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. does not guarantee that the images will correspond exactly to the final product.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

  • Prices: The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the Website on the date the order is placed. Prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the final purchase summary.

  • Payment Methods: Payment for products can be made through the secure payment gateways enabled on the Website (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). The payment process is carried out through third-party platforms, and as such, SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. does not directly store the User's complete credit or debit card data, as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Withdrawal

  • Delivery: SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. commits to delivering the products to the shipping address indicated by the User. Delivery times are indicative and will be detailed during the purchase process.

  • Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the User at the time of delivery.

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, the User has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to withdraw from the contract of sale, without the need for justification, except for legally established exceptions (e.g., sealed products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons).

    • To exercise this right, the User must notify their decision by email to info@saludablemedic.com.

    • Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories. The return costs will be assumed by the User.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • Legal Warranty: All products have the legal warranty for lack of conformity that corresponds according to applicable legislation.

  • Exclusion of Liability: SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. is not responsible for damages that may arise from:

    • The misuse or improper use of the acquired products.

    • Errors, omissions, interruptions, or unavailability of the Website (in accordance with the Legal Notice).

    • Content of linked third-party websites.

  • Health Data: Given the nature of the products (parapharmacy), the User understands that any personalized recommendation is based on the information provided by them. The processing of health data is subject to their explicit and specific consent, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and its contents (images, texts, logos, etc.) are the property of SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between SALUDABLE MEDIC S.L. and the User will be governed by current Spanish regulations.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless the applicable law imperatively determines otherwise.
